We encourage people to ride their bikes to PedalPGH whenever possible! It’s free, accessible via Pittsburgh’s awesome trail network, and you won’t have to deal with finding a parking spot for your car. Don’t forget to bring a lock, as you are responsible for securing your ride.

Need to rent a bike?

Golden Triangle Bike Rental is located in Downtown Pittsburgh right off the Three Rivers Heritage Trail and is a great place to rent a bike for the big day. Adjacent to a large parking garage, you can park and ride a flat 12 minutes to the start/finish location!

Alternatively, you can rent your wheels on the go with Pittsurgh’s local bikeshare service, POGOH! Grab a POGOH bike or ⚡️E-BIKE⚡️ at one of the kiosks around Pittsburgh. Use of the PBSC App required. More information can be found at POGOH.com.

Bring your bike to the start line using the Port Regional Transit (PRT) bus service! Please note buses can only accommodate 2 bikes per vehicle on the exterior racks; if the bike racks are full it is at the driver’s discretion whether to allow a rider to bring their bike onboard.

Access the Start Line / Finish Line Festival using bus routes 13, 15, 16 17, 18, 54 or any other route that stops adjacent to Allegheny Commons Park.

DROP OFF ZONE: Drop off riders and their bikes at the start line by utilizing the Rider Drop Off Zone!
Make your morning a breeze by entering Allegheny Commons Park at Ridge Ave and continuing to the Drop Off Zone at Ridge Ave & W Ohio StMap GPS to address 650 RIDGE AVE, Pittsburgh, PA 15212.

For those driving, we recommend parking in Nova Place garage – located on S Commons after you pass the Rider Drop Off Zone. There is also plenty of free street parking on Sundays – make sure to obey all posted signs and only park in legal on-street spaces. More parking recommendations will be provided to all registered participants in their Digital Ride Guide.

If you choose to park in a parking garage, make sure that your bike is not on TOP of your car before entering the garage.
