To give you an idea of how the event schedule runs, below is the 2025 schedule. Stay tuned for updated 2026 information.
- 6:30am – 10:00am – PedalPGH Registration & Rolling Starts
Packet / Bib Number Pickup (if you need to pick up your packet / bib make sure to arrive 30 mins before your route’s rolling start time begins)
Coffee Truck Onsite: Vital Sips
- 7:00 – 7:30 am – 62 Mile Rolling Start – All 62 Mile Riders Depart for the U.S. Steel Epic Endurance Challenge
- 8:00 – 8:30am – 40 Mile Rolling Start – All 40 Mile Riders Depart for the Outside+ City Tour
- 9:00 – 9:30am – 25 Mile Rolling Start – All 25 Mile Riders Depart for the Steel City Media Local Tour
- 10:00 – 10:30am – 10 Mile Rolling Start – All 10 Mile Riders Depart for the BikePGH Northside River Loop
11:00am – 3:00pm: Finish Line Festival – All riders arrive back to Allegheny Commons Park for a community celebration
Packet Pickup
BikePGH Offices
Thursday, August 27th & Friday, August 28th 2026
11 am – 7 pm
All registered riders must pick up their ride materials in advance at packet pickup. Packet pickup will be held the Thursday & Friday before the event at the Bike Pittsburgh offices (188 43rd St, Pittsburgh PA, 15201).
If you do not live in town or are unable to attend packet pickup, you can pick up your ride packet on the morning of the event at the Registration Tent, but there may be a line! Plan to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance of your start time if you need to pick up your packet on event morning.

In Person Ride on Sunday, August 30th, 2026
1. Check your email for the Digital Ride Guide in mid-August for access to the routes, free audio navigation, and final event details.
2. Visit us at Packet Pickup on August 27th or 28th to get your ride items in advance and avoid the lines on event day (plus you can already be sporting your bib, t-shirt, bottle and more!).
3. Routes and colorful cue signs for riders will be posted by August 29th.
4. On event day, Sunday August 30th, join your route’s rolling start time at the start location in Allegheny Commons Park.
5. Ride your curated route and experience Pittsburgh on two wheels!
6. Meet back at the Finish Line Festival by 3 pm to celebrate your ride with a DJ afterparty, food trucks + more! Registered participants enjoy a free cold beverage, cool-down station, selfie booth and, and fun giveaways from our sponsors.

By asking your friends and family to support your fundraising efforts, you can get all of the benefits of a Premium Registration AND a discounted registration fee of $25.
